🌍 Who are we?
Preligens was founded in 2016 by Arnaud Guérin and Renaud Allioux, two French engineers with a passion for aerospace, astrophysics and artificial intelligence.
We develop software that, thanks to Artificial Intelligence, automatically analyzes mass data from multiple sources (satellite images, infrared, electromagnetic flows, social network and press feeds...) and alerts intelligence agents when an abnormal situation is detected on a site of strategic interest.
Our company currently employs more than 180 people, two-thirds of whom work in our R&D branch (software development, machine learning, data science, AI research, etc.).

😎 Your mission, should you choose to accept it

Preligens is looking for a senior,  high-energy, results-oriented, professional to lead our worldwide NATO engagement, reporting to the Vice President of International Sales. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of selling in the Defense sector and passionate about contributing to a fast growth tech company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all the aspects of the relationship between NATO and Preligens, growing new business initiatives around the product & service portfolio for various NATO agencies, and orchestrating Preligens response to the NATO challenges in AI.
You will have to define the global strategy to address the account, with clear and actionable tactics and objectives by leading the sales NATO team in order to execute the strategy and meet order intake and revenue targets. You will also be responsible for the promotion and sales of the Preligens Product and Services portfolio to NATO agencies and for orchestrating the different Preligens departments activities related to NATO to build a long term relationship. 
Heads-up: The ability to get a NATO security clearance is mandatory for this position.
The role can be based either in Paris or Brussels.
Your role will enable you to tackle the following subjects:
→ Understand customer's operations and technology landscape, Preligens solutions and services, as well as partners and competitors solutions to build a roadmap to enable customer’s Innovation agenda
→ Build and maintain a trusted and long term relationship with NATO various agencies and stakeholders at the highest level.
→ Qualify new business opportunities in NATO, lead the sales team to drive pipeline and revenue growth, and communicate progress regularly with VP International Sales.
→ Orchestrate the capture team activities, and closely work with the customer success manager dedicated to the account to successfully establish Preligens as a trusted supplier of NATO   
→ Present product and company offerings to potential customers during events or tradeshow
→ Understand customer decision making and purchasing and procurement processes to help develop winning strategies.
→ Create professional business proposals in conjunction with Sales, marketing and tech departments. Contribute to the improvement of the sales process. 
→ Maintain and update the account plan to document sales strategies and support forecasted business.
🎯 Your profile

→ You graduated from a Masters - MBA  in business, marketing, engineering, or computer science.
→ You can justify of more than 10 years of successful experience in Sales, Business Development or equivalent
→ You have acquired an experience working in/with the Defense sector, ideally NATO or US 
→ You successfully led a sales teams to drive results 
→ You have a proven ability to manage complex projects and drive new opportunities that impact the company’s growth.
→ You have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
→ You are highly autonomous, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
→ You have the ability to travel up to 50% for this role
→ You are fully proficient in English and French (or both)
→ An experience in a start-up environment would be a nice plus along with an existing NATO background
